SHINING Home Healthcare Services {ShiningHHS} is established as a limited liability company owned by its founder the company will be managed directed and led by Elaine L. Matthews a highly skilled and experienced critical care registered nurse Elaine would serve as the company’s Administrator and Director of Clinical Care Services & Adeline Labor as Administrator.
Upon admission, our clinicians will conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine a client’s healthcare needs. Treatment is done in collaboration with the patient, his or her family and/or caregiver, and of course, with the patient’s physician’s approval and guidance.
Our number one priority is always the safety and well-being of our clients and caregivers. We practices safety measures issued by the CDC, OSHA, and state and local health departments to ensure the health and well-being of our clients and caregivers. These measures include temperature checks, providing our staff with appropriate personal protective equipment, instruction on frequent hand washing, maintaining social distancing when applicable, and the sanitization of your home. Additional practices may exist based on state or local regulations.
